Rotting Christ would like to send their blessings to their American METAL brothers for the Devilish response they showed to our recent extended headline tour in their land. It was a honour for us performing to a so dedicated crowd and the success of this tour force us to renew our meeting for next January where we plan to make the second part of LUCIFER OVER AMERICA.

Tour Report: Theogonia European tour that durated 3 months has finally came to an end and the band would like to salute their fans for their soul dedication and the great response they showed during that tour.
We do not have more to say than renewing our meeting with our metal brothers for September when the second part will start up and will include more than 40 shows.

The band, after a heavy touring schedule, release their first recording after two-and-a-half years. The new album, entitled, "Theogonia", is their most aggressive and fast result in their career, yet still faithful to the band's well-established musical style. The album contains ten brand new songs, in which the inclusion of ethnic as well as ancient Greek elements finds the band discovering new paths, following the tradition of each of the band's new releases during their career. The date of the new release is slated for 22 January, and will include a DVD containing behind-the-scenes making of the album, two video clips, and a lot of footage from their last worldwide "Sanctus Diavolos" tour.
Furthermore, the band officially welcomes the addition of new member, George, on guitar, and immediately after the release of their new album will hit the road again with a new global tour. |
